Leak repairs

Whether it is a brick, concrete or siding building, water will always find its way in. Locating persistent leaks is our specialty. We utilize years of experience of our staff on finding and eliminating them.

Concrete repairs

In the presence of water and oxygen, steel corrodes. Therefore, in almost all likely exposure conditions for reinforced concrete, repairs will be needed sooner or later.

Tuck-pointing

Occasional repairs of the mortar joints are expected over the life of brick masonry. Re-pointing deteriorated mortar joints is one of the most effective and permanent ways of decreasing water entry into brickwork.

Structural steel repairs

Lintel failure is a common problem. Structural movement in buildings can be the result of many different factors acting either in isolation or having a combined effect.

Critical examinations

City of Chicago ordinance requires certain types of high rises to undergo periodical examination of facades. Such examination has to be performed by an architect or structural engineer.

Brick replacement

A loose or broken brick in a wall can provide an opening for further damage. In order to prevent moisture from entering the wall, damaged bricks need to be replaced.
